NEW from Proper Rugs

Proper Rugs was one of my favorite booths at ICFF last year, so I'm super excited to see their new designs in person this weekend! The three newest hand-knotted rugs include Volcanic (pictured above), Unravel (below), and Autumn Seaweed (last photo). Aren't they gorgeous?

Sara Lee Parker :: Printed Textiles

Designer Sara Lee Parker hand-prints all her own textiles out of her home studio based in rural Georgia. The colorful, modern prints and patterns can be found on tea towels, napkins, aprons, and bags -- and can even be purchased by-the-yard!

I'm looking around my home right now for a new project to present itself, because this fabric is screaming my name! Curtains? Pillows? I've got to use it somehow.

Minakani :: Modern Wallpaper

I've seen this photo floating around the Internet for a while and I finally tracked down where it came from (it's little Della McAllister's room) and then tracked down who made the wallpaper. It was a long journey, but totally worth the trip, as you'll soon see. Turns out, French wallpaper company Minakani is behind this triangular awesomeness. Oh, and this and this and this.

I don't know if you can get Minakani wallpapers in the U.S., but I sure hope so. Because I have JUST THE SPOT for those fantastic triangles.
